Purpose of Processing Personal Data Obtained Through Video Surveillance
The purpose of processing personal data obtained through video surveillance is to ensure the protection of persons and property and to monitor access to business premises.
Recipients of personal data obtained through video surveillance are the maintenance providers of the video surveillance system and the responsible persons of the data controller.
The controller may retain video surveillance recordings for no longer than one year from the date of recording, in accordance with Article 76 of the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), unless another legal basis exists for further processing.
The recordings will not be used for any special, unusual or further processing and will not be transferred to third countries. Access to, use of or disclosure of recordings is permitted only for purposes determined by law or for the purposes stated in this notice.
The recordings contain images, time and date information; they do not contain sound.
Rights of the Individual
In connection with the processing of personal data, the individual has the following rights under Articles 13, 14 and 15 of the GDPR and Articles 76 and 77 of ZVOP-2:
